Four guests choosing one $85 Signature bracelet each pay $75 each after the group discount: $300 before tax. For a two-hour event, the $50 reservation leaves $250 to pay.
Mobile bookings require at least three pieces and the sales minimum after discounts, before tax. The host covers any shortfall. The three-piece requirement and four-guest discount are separate.
Your reservation counts once toward the agreed total. We confirm the payment arrangement, setup, and staffing before booking, including when guests pay individually.
Travel is included within 20 miles; your proposal confirms the starting location and coverage. Pop-up and fundraiser arrangements are confirmed in the proposal.

What happens at the jewelry station?
Guests choose their chains and charms. We custom-fit each piece, weld it closed, and check the fit and finish. Ask us about a clasp if a guest prefers one.
What do we need at the venue?
A stable work surface, nearby standard electrical power, and a clean, protected area for fitting and welding. Your proposal confirms setup, service time, and staffing.
Who pays, and what if purchases are below the minimum?
Guests can pay individually, the host or company can sponsor, or we can arrange a combination. The host covers any difference between qualifying jewelry purchases and the agreed minimum. Your reservation is part of the agreed total. We confirm how it is allocated before booking, including when guests pay separately.
Do you travel outside the included area?
Travel within 20 miles is included. Your proposal identifies the starting location and confirms whether your venue is covered, along with any additional travel charge.
What if we need to reschedule?
Reschedule at no cost with at least 72 hours’ notice. Within 72 hours, the reservation payment is retained.
Can guests choose a keepsake note?
Yes. A complimentary keepsake note is available for guests who would like one. Choose an example, bring a printed note, or write your own. Explore keepsake notes.
Can we add bartending or mocktails?
Dakota’s bartending or mocktail service can be included during your booked jewelry event at no extra service fee, by prior arrangement. You supply the drinks and ingredients, including any alcohol. Jewelry purchase minimums still apply. We agree on the menu, setup, guest count, timing, and staffing before booking.
