Where is the office?
Your appointment takes place at our Redlands office. We provide the exact address after booking. If you need location or access details before reserving, ask below or call us.
Is $25 the price of the jewelry?
The $25 is your reservation payment, and all of it is credited toward your jewelry purchase. For example, a $50 bracelet leaves $25 toward the jewelry balance, plus applicable tax and any extras you choose. Explore the four collections.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. Private office appointments are for 1–3 guests. For a larger gathering, explore our event options so we can plan the time and setup with you.
Do I need to choose my chain beforehand?
No. You can browse with us at the appointment. If you have a favorite from the gallery or a custom design in mind, mention it in your inquiry so we can discuss availability.
How much time should I allow?
The appointment reserves a one-hour slot. Choosing your jewelry, checking the fit, and finishing your piece are part of that time. Ask ahead if you’re planning several pieces or a custom design.
Does getting permanent jewelry hurt?
The process is intended to be painless: the brief weld closes a tiny connecting ring, not your skin. We’ll explain each step before we begin, and you can ask questions along the way.
Can I take it off if I need to?
Yes. Permanent jewelry can be removed whenever you choose, and professional removal with us is free. See removal and re-welding details.
Can you help me create a custom look?
Absolutely. A charm with a story, a new layer for your stack, or a hand chain you’ve been imagining—bring your inspiration. We’ll discuss the design, available chains and charms, and the price before you decide. Explore a few starting points.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule at no cost with at least 72 hours’ notice. Within 72 hours, your $25 reservation payment is retained. Contact us as soon as your plans change.
Can I ask a question without paying?
Absolutely. Use the form below or call us. An inquiry starts a conversation and does not reserve a time; you can book through Square when you’re ready.
