The Give Back program

Clear donations. Shared purpose.

Our Give Back program uses fixed-dollar donations at regular jewelry prices. We agree on the beneficiary and payment timing before you book.

Give Back event

$10 donated per qualifying piece

Qualifying full-price permanent-jewelry pieces of $50 or more help the cause. See eligible purchases below.

Milestone bonuses

At $600 in qualifying sales
+$40
At $1,200 in qualifying sales
Another $80

That is $120 in total bonuses at $1,200, on top of the $10 donations per qualifying piece.

Cause Charm option

$25 charm price · $10 donated

Selected designs are agreed in your proposal. Cause Charms are a separate program and do not count toward jewelry milestones.

Give Back events require at least 12 qualifying full-price permanent-jewelry pieces of $50 or more. Your proposal confirms the purchase commitment and how any shortfall is handled before you book.

An example to picture

12 pieces. $160 for your cause.

Twelve qualifying full-price pieces at $50 each generate $600 in qualifying sales: $120 in per-piece donations (12 × $10), plus the $40 milestone bonus. That’s $160 donated.

This illustration assumes all 12 purchases qualify, before tax, with no refunds. Separate charms and custom keepsakes are not included in this calculation.

Program details

Know what counts.

Can we create custom keepsakes for our cause?

Yes. Ask about engraved charms, pendants, earrings, bookmarks, and similar keepsakes. Custom-order pricing and any donation amount are agreed in your proposal. The standard Give Back donations and milestones apply to qualifying permanent jewelry; selected Cause Charms use the separate offer above.

Which purchases qualify?

Give Back donations apply to qualifying full-price permanent-jewelry pieces of $50 or more. Milestones use the net sales of those qualifying pieces, before tax and after refunds. Separate charm sales, discounted pieces, Event Specials, and Cause Charms are excluded from the jewelry donation and its milestones.

Each qualifying jewelry piece generates a $10 donation. Each Cause Charm generates its separate $10 donation; it does not receive the jewelry donation as well.

Can guests combine Give Back with other offers?

At Give Back events, the group benefit goes to the cause. Donations do not combine with group discounts, Event Specials, or other promotional credits. Your proposal identifies the beneficiary, selected Cause Charm designs, and when the donation will be paid.

What do we need for the event?

A stable work surface, nearby standard power, and a clean, protected area for fitting and welding. Travel within 20 miles is included; your proposal confirms the starting location, coverage, and any additional travel charge. Bartending or mocktail service can be arranged during booked jewelry time at no extra service fee; you supply drinks and ingredients. Menu, setup, guest count, timing, staffing, and any jewelry purchase minimum are confirmed before booking.

Tell us about your cause.

Share the beneficiary, location, date, and the people you hope to bring together. We’ll confirm the details in a proposal.

An inquiry starts the conversation; it does not reserve your date.
