Do I need experience?
You can start with questions and curiosity. Tell us whether you’re new to permanent jewelry or already working so we can suggest a suitable session.
Will I get to use the welder?
Hands-on equipment use is supervised and uses designated practice materials. It must be arranged with us; not every demonstration includes participant welding. We confirm participation requirements before booking.
Will I take home a piece of jewelry?
That depends on the agreed activity. Equipment practice is different from making a finished piece to wear. We’ll confirm materials, what’s included, and any jewelry costs before you book.
Where do sessions take place?
At our Redlands office or selected events, by arrangement. Artists can also ask about a one-on-one Zoom session. Location, duration, availability, and price are confirmed individually.
Can you teach at my event?
Ask us about a scheduled demonstration or workshop. Share the date, location, and approximate attendance; we’ll discuss the format, space, staffing, participation details, and host arrangements.
How do I arrange a session?
You can check availability before paying for the $10 welder tryout or private training and coaching. Choose “Check available dates” for your session and send 2–3 preferred dates or time windows. For Zoom, include your time zone. We’ll agree on a suitable time, then you can pay online and receive your appointment confirmation. If you have already purchased, include your order number so we can arrange your session. For free demonstrations or group activities, use the inquiry form; we’ll confirm timing, materials, and any participation requirements. An inquiry does not reserve a time, and checkout alone does not confirm an appointment.
