Options include premium 316L stainless steel in polished steel or a 14K yellow-gold PVD finish, sterling silver, and gold-filled chains. Each chain listing identifies its material and finish. Tell us about any known metal sensitivities before choosing.

The weld itself takes only a moment; choosing your chain, checking the fit, and finishing the piece take longer. Timing varies with your design and the number of guests, so we confirm the schedule before booking.

For 1–3 guests, reserve a private appointment at our Redlands office for $25. All $25 goes toward your jewelry purchase, and there is no office purchase minimum. See appointment details and book.

Yes—we’re based in Highland and bring our jewelry bar to parties, workplaces, and local businesses across the Inland Empire. Private mobile packages start at a $250 jewelry purchase minimum for up to two hours, with a $50 reservation credited toward the total. At least three pieces are required, guests’ purchases count toward the minimum, and the host covers any shortfall. See packages and requirements.

With four or more guests, each receives $10 off their first permanent-jewelry piece priced at $50 or more. Event minimums still apply; Give Back events and Event Specials do not combine with the group discount.

Care and water resistance depend on the exact metal, finish, stones, and chain you choose. We’ll explain those details before fitting; avoid harsh cleaners and prolonged chlorine exposure, and rinse and dry your piece after contact. Read our care guidance.

Permanent means a welded closure instead of a clasp, so you can wear your piece continuously; lifespan depends on the chain, wear, and care. Read our care guidance.

Preparing for an MRI, surgery, or another medical procedure? Tell your care team about your permanent jewelry and follow their instructions about removal. Contact us to arrange having it taken off before your appointment.

Keep your original jewelry if you’d like to wear it again. When removal is for a medical reason, we offer free re-welding of the original piece at any time, with no medical documentation required. For other removals, the standard re-weld is $15. Explore removal and reconnection.
