Additional service time: $100/hour, subject to availability. These starting packages suit smaller gatherings with a simple menu. Guest count and menu determine staffing; larger events, weddings, and additional bartenders are quoted individually. Your proposal confirms service time, setup, location, any travel charges, and the total before you reserve.

We confirm your menu, workspace, staffing, and total before booking. Drinks and serving supplies are not included in the service fee.

Let them choose.
Guests browse at their own pace and pay for the jewelry they want. Purchasing is optional.
02 · GIVE A LITTLE
A gift toward their piece.
Prepay a jewelry voucher amount for each guest. It goes toward their chosen piece, and they pay any remaining balance.
03 · HOST THE JEWELRY
Treat them to a keepsake.
Prepay an agreed jewelry selection or allowance. Guests can choose an upgrade and pay the difference.
A simple example: Your $25 voucher toward a $100 jewelry purchase leaves $75 for the guest to pay, before any applicable tax.
Host-funded jewelry is optional and separate from the bartending fee. Voucher values, eligible purchases, and redemption are confirmed before payment. Explore jewelry pricing.
The staffed jewelry bar’s attendance is included. Jewelry purchases are separate and may be paid by guests, by the host through prepaid vouchers, or by both. There is no separate jewelry purchase minimum with a paid bartending package.
Can we have a mocktail-only event?
Yes. Dakota can serve an alcohol-free mocktail menu with the same included jewelry experience. You supply the beverages, ingredients, and serving essentials.
Can I book drink service without jewelry?
Yes. Tell us you want drinks only when you inquire. Published drink-service packages start at $400 for three hours or $500 for four hours; your proposal confirms the menu, staffing, venue, and total before booking.
What kind of drink menu could we plan?
Wine service for an evening with friends, mimosas for brunch, and an alcohol-free mocktail menu for game night are starting ideas. Tell us the drinks you have in mind; we confirm a workable menu and the ingredients you provide before booking.
How many guests can one bartender serve?
It depends on your drink menu and event timing. We review your guest count and service needs before confirming staffing. Larger events and weddings may need an additional bartender, priced in your proposal.
Can guests browse without buying?
Absolutely. The collection is there for guests who would enjoy it. There is no obligation for individual guests to make a purchase.
Do you supply a portable bar or the drinks?
No. With this bartending service package, the host provides the bar/table, beverages, ingredients, ice, and serving supplies. We bring professional tools and staff.
Can you visit a business or company event?
Yes. We welcome inquiries from bookstores, salons, shops, teams, and corporate hosts. Tell us whether you are planning an invitation-only gathering, a customer event, or a public pop-up. We confirm the format, space, drink service, staffing, and any host-funded jewelry budget before booking. Jewelry-only visits have separate arrangements.
What happens after I inquire?
We review your date, location, guest count, service hours, and drink plans. You receive a proposal confirming availability, inclusions, staffing, and pricing before arranging your reservation. An inquiry does not reserve your date.
