One-year weld guarantee
The original connection
If your jewelry separates at the original welded jump ring within one year, bring the original piece back and we will re-weld it at no charge.
Breaks elsewhere on the chain are not weld failures. After one year, standard re-welding is $15.
30-day component coverage
Manufacturing defects
A confirmed manufacturing defect in a chain, charm, connector, stone setting, or other component is covered for 30 days. We will repair or replace the affected component at no charge.
Normal wear, scratches, fading, tarnishing, stretching, snagging, crushed links, impact damage, and chemical exposure are not manufacturing defects.
Accidental damage
If life happens,
bring us the piece.
If your jewelry breaks and you still have the original piece, we will repair or re-weld it whenever reasonably possible for $15 plus any replacement material required.
If the piece cannot be repaired, the replacement schedule applies.

One discounted replacement is available per original piece. The damaged original is surrendered when a replacement discount is used. A replacement does not restart the guarantee or discount clock.
Removal & reconnection
Permanent is
always your choice.
Professional removal is always free, and you never need to give us a reason. Keep the original jewelry if you may want to wear it again.
Everyday removal
Free, always
Come to us and we will remove your piece at no charge. Putting the original jewelry back on later is a standard $15 re-weld.
Medical removal
Complimentary re-welding
If removal is needed for surgery, pregnancy, swelling, or another medical reason, re-welding the original piece is free at any time. No proof is required.

Keep the original jewelry after damage or removal. We need the original piece for warranty and discounted-replacement claims.

Change the chain, length, metal, or your mind right up until the moment we cut. We confirm the choice and fit with you first.
48-hour change of mind
A second choice at 50% off.
Within 48 hours, receive 50% off one replacement piece. The original must be surrendered at the exchange. One exchange is available per original purchase.
Lost jewelry
The original piece is required.
Lost or missing jewelry is not covered. Warranty claims require the original jewelry unless we are replacing a confirmed defective component.
