Before you order
A few helpful details.
Can I order keepsakes without booking an event?
Yes. Custom keepsakes are available as standalone orders, whether you’re planning gifts for your business, a fundraiser, or a celebration. You don’t need to book a jewelry event.
Is there a minimum order?
Our usual starting minimum is 100 items or a $200 order, depending on the item and project. Smaller orders may be possible. Tell us what you’d like to make and roughly how many you need; we’ll confirm the minimum and price in your quote.
How far ahead should I inquire?
Typical lead times are 2–4 weeks, though some items take 4–6 weeks. Timing depends on the item, materials, artwork, and quantity. Share your needed-by date when you inquire; we’ll confirm the production schedule and delivery or collection arrangements before you order.
Can you help with a last-minute order?
Sometimes. A shorter turnaround may be possible for certain items, but it isn’t guaranteed. Tell us your deadline and quantity so we can check what’s available before you commit.
Do I need a finished design?
No. Start with your idea, occasion, and budget. We’ll discuss suitable materials and artwork, then confirm the design, price, and turnaround for your approval.
