Every reservation payment is credited toward the applicable jewelry-sales minimum, so it is never added on top of the event’s purchases.

Mobile gathering
$50 reservation payment
A minimum of three jewelry pieces and $250 in total jewelry sales are required. Your reservation counts toward the $250 minimum.
Up to 4 hours
Extended event
$150 reservation payment
A minimum of three jewelry pieces and $500 in total jewelry sales are required. Your reservation counts toward the $500 minimum.
5–8 hours
Full-day event
$400 reservation payment
A minimum of three jewelry pieces and $1,000 in total jewelry sales are required. Your reservation counts toward the $1,000 minimum.
A benefit for everyone
Gather four or more guests.
Each guest receives $10 off their first permanent-jewelry piece priced at $50 or more.
Request your event- Travel is included within 20 miles.
- Both the three-piece requirement and the applicable jewelry-sales minimum must be met.
- Mobile minimums are calculated after discounts and before tax.
- Your reservation payment counts toward the applicable minimum.
- Optional experiences and custom work are quoted separately in your proposal.
- Reschedule at no cost with at least 72 hours’ notice; within 72 hours, the reservation payment is retained.

What does Starmarked need at the venue?
A stable work surface, nearby standard electrical power, and a clean, protected area for fitting and welding. We’ll confirm the exact setup for your event.
Can guests purchase their own jewelry?
Yes. Events can be guest-paid, host-sponsored, or arranged as a combination. We’ll document the plan before the event.
What if the venue is more than 20 miles away?
Travel within 20 miles is included. Share the venue address and we’ll confirm whether a farther location is available and whether travel pricing applies.
Can Starmarked join a boutique, market, or conference?
Absolutely. Use the event form and select “Pop-up or vendor partnership” so we can review timing, space, expected attendance, and organizer requirements.

& Welder Demos
Chris and Dakota are developing approachable small-group sessions for new and curious permanent-jewelry artists. The focus will be practical: getting comfortable with the equipment, practicing jump-ring welds, and talking through the setup behind a smooth client experience.
